Group 5 | Age 7-9 Bronze Level FALL
Tuesday 4:15-5:15PM & Saturday 10AM October 18 - December 20
Service Description
At the Bronze level, students develop essential swimming and introductory water polo skills. The program focuses on rhythmic breathing, proper kicking, and basic arm movements—fundamental skills required for confidence and efficiency in the water. By the end of this level, participants will be able to swim independently in deep water without a flotation device. In addition to swimming fundamentals, students are introduced to the basics of water polo, including treading water (eggbeater kick), ball handling, and teamwork drills designed for beginners. This level corresponds to community swim levels 1–4. Because the Water Polo Growth Foundation emphasizes proper technique, water safety, and the gradual development of both swimming and water polo abilities, participants typically take 1–3 seasons to complete the Bronze level, depending on age and progress.
